How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Bobhandle Tree Service wants each homeowner to get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How your call or contact with Bobhandle Tree Service went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
When the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and service. If you have a problem with tree work at your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Note that Bobhandle Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make choices for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@bobhandle.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you know it
- What happened, and what you want us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. This may include talking to the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a licensed contractor, a state or local licensing office may help too.
